Dr. Anika Davis is an experienced organizational leadership and development professional with a successful career in strategic planning and execution and organizational development practices. She joins today's podcast as CEO of Winning Results, LLC, a full-service strategic curation, implementation, and execution firm. She has a doctorate (Ed, D) in Leadership and Learning in Organizations and is Accredited by Kirton’s Adaption Innovation Inventory the Virginia Tech as a KAI Practitioner.
