Today's episode focuses on leading strategies from one of our industries leading stars, Charles Akinbola, CUDE, Talent Acquisition Partner at Elements Financial

Charles and I met up on the University of Wisconsin's campus one fall back in 2018 when we were both participants in a credit union program called Development Educators or CUDE for short. He is now hiring and recruiting individuals in a very tight market and shares his tips and tricks with the listeners.
